All of our units at the the Sands Ocean Club are non-smoking units. However, guests may smoke on the balcony.
We require a 20% down payment to complete the booking. The balance is due 45 days before travel. We also require a $100 refundable security deposit.
We do not offer Trip Insurance. All guests are encouraged to purchase Trip Insurance from a 3rd party. Please let us know if you need a reference. We will be happy to refer you.
If you cancel your reservation more than 90 days in advance, all monies (less $50 processing fee) will be returned to you. Cancellations that occur 90 or fewer days in advance will be subject to refund (less $50 processing fee) only when the the room is re-rented.
Clearly, we cannot be responsible for unfavorable weather conditions and are unable to issue weather related refunds, however, in the event of a Mandatory Evacuation in our area we will refund the the nights that the Mandatory Evacuation was in effect.
Absolutely no pets.
This is a policy of the Sands Ocean Club. Anyone found to have a pet will be asked to leave the premises and will not be given a refund.
Guests of our condo will have the use of our parking card. You will be able to park 1 vehicle in the covered garage free of charge.
Your key code will be mailed to you after your outstanding balance has been paid (30 days before your scheduled travel date). After your stay, the condo will be cleaned and inspected. Assuming that there is no damage, nothing missing, and all keys have been returned,we will refund your entire security deposit.
Please understand that when you book one of our condos that you are OUR GUESTS and not guests of the on-site rental management company. The on-site resort staff cannot help you. They are paid to service guests that book through the resort. We are able to provide you less expensive accomodations because we don't have the overhead. We do all we can to provide all of the information and essentials you need for your vacation, but if you require assistance, please contact only our cleaning staff.
In order to provide our condos at a discount, we do not provide daily maid service. If you need daily maid service, we will be happy to arrange it for an additional fee.
1 set of bed linens and towels will be provided before your stay. There are coin operated washers and dryers on the premises. If you require additional sets of bed linens or daily towels service, we will be happy to arrange it for you at an additional fee. Again, the resort staff cannot provide you with towels/linens.
All of our condos have dishwashers. Please load the dishwasher and wash any dirty dishes. You do not need to unload them.
Check-out time is at 9:30am on the date of your departure. It is important that departing guests leave on time, as we have a limited amount of time to clean all of the units before the next guests arrive. Please do not ask the cleaning staff for extra time. Failure to depart on time could result in security deposit witholding.
Please contact our cleaning staff if you should have any questions or concerns upon arrival. They are our on-site presence and will be far better equipped to assist you. Calls to the rental office may not be able to be returned promptly on the weekend.
I have read the attached rules and regulations and agree to observe and be bound by them. I understand that failing to observe these rules could result in loss of securiity deposit and/or immediate eviction from the premises. I understand that no money will be refunded in the event of an eviction.
